The Volkswagen Soundbox / Subwoofer Programmer Dongle (Part No. DKS051419A) is compatible with a wide range of VW models, including Arteon, Beetle, Beetle Convertible, Golf, GTI, Golf R (MK7 hatchback), Jetta, SportWagen, Tiguan, and Tiguan Limited. It is not applicable for the Beetle Dune model.

• Purpose of the Dongle:
  • Required to flash the sound system with model-specific sound setups.
  • Comes with an SD card preloaded with most Volkswagen models.
  • The default DSP setting is for Golf, GTI, and Golf R MK7 hatchbacks (no programming needed for these).
  • For other models, a dealer visit is required to properly code the unit.
